Terms of service

These terms govern your use of bzzbunchfeedflick.forum. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About these terms

bzzbunchfeedflick.forum (the "site") is operated by Kestrel Row Publishing Ltd ("we", "us"), Third Floor, Tallow Yard, 27 Fennick Street, Ancoats, Manchester M4 6HR, United Kingdom. These terms, together with the privacy policy and cookie policy, set out the basis on which the site is provided. We may change these terms by publishing an updated version on this page; the version in force is the one published at the time you use the site.

2. Nature of the content

The site publishes editorial commentary and explanation about developments in quantum technology. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on the site constitutes technical, security, legal, financial, investment or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Decisions about cryptographic migration, security architecture, procurement or investment should be made with the help of a suitably qualified professional. We take care to describe published results accurately, but the field changes quickly and we make no warranty that any page is complete, current or free of error.

3. Your obligations

You may use the site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system; use automated tools to scrape, copy or index the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it or circumvents access controls; submit material through the contact form that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or infringes another person's rights; or misrepresent your identity when contacting us. We may refuse to respond to, and may delete, correspondence that breaches these terms.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, graphics, layout and code on the site are owned by or licensed to Kestrel Row Publishing Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and other countries. You may view, print and download extracts for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote short passages with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission. Names of companies, products, institutions and publications mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

5. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, papers and resources. These are provided for convenience. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content or availability, and a link does not imply endorsement.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, the site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and we will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of or reliance on the site or its content, including loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, or from any interruption or unavailability of the site.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the site for business or operational reasons without notice. We may also block access from any user or network that we reasonably believe has breached these terms. Sections 4, 6, 8 and 9 survive any termination.

8. Governing law

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.

9. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it informally within a reasonable time. If we cannot, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.

10. General

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right under these terms is not a waiver of that right. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the site.
